My Diet Plan

I am 52 years old, married and I have two young girls, Elisa 12 and Mariel 9. I have decided that I really need to take off about 30 or 40 pounds and keep it off for good. For those that know me, I don't really look fat. I have some pretty big thighs and that is where most of my weight is although my midsection has grown over the years. 

So how much did I weigh when I started? I am not sure, but I know it was over 200 pounds. I say "did" because I am starting this blog after 13 days on the diet. To be fair, I will say I weighed 200 lbs. when I started. After a week on the program I weighed in at 198.8 lbs. It has been two weeks now and tomorrow is weigh-in. I will let you know my weight and a little more about this new diet plan from Shaklee.
